By the end of the session, my dog looked absolutely beautiful — clean, well-groomed, and most importantly, relaxed! You could tell she felt safe and cared for throughout. We took our Shih Tzu babies, Malai and Chom Chom, to Puppawccino for a bath and grooming session—and it was such a happy experience! Chom Chom is still adjusting to grooming sessions, but she handled this one really well. The real game changer, though, was for Malai. She has anxiety issues and usually gets very nervous around blow dryers and loud sounds. But the staff were absolutely amazing. They were gentle, patient, and managed her so well—when she came back to us, she had a smile on her face, tail wagging, ears up... it was a heartwarming moment for us as pet parents 🥹 So grateful to the team for making this such a positive and calm experience. The team did a fantastic job, their haircuts were perfect, the bath was thorough, and both of them came out looking and smelling amazing. Puppawccino offers variety of luxury spa services for pets in affordable range. People here are very kind and friendly provide enough time for pets to adjust to the place and enjoy the services. Instead of forcing pets they try to understand their nature and make them feel Comfortable. They pay attention to hygiene and services are 10/10. I have become their regular client and my pet loves to visit here.. from waiting to run away from grooming place to now my pet stays back and plays at grooming place..
